Return order

You are free to return items if they meet the following conditions:

 
• Within the 14 day trial period
   

• Complete and undamaged;
  
  If I send return items, will I be refunded the total amount?
  If you decide to return your articles to the webshop, you will receive the total amount no later than 14 days via the same payment method as you have chosen during the ordering process. It is important that you keep the return receipt that you receive at the time you return your items until you have received the total amount of the returned items. Products that we can no longer sell will be fully charged.
